1. ABOUT US  

   1.1 Your purchase from any location listed on bolmein.org/where (“locations”) is subject to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Terms of Use, the Returns Policy, the Cookies and Privacy Statement and any Catalogue Terms (collectively referred to herein as “Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from making a purchase from our locations.

   1.2 bolmein.org ("website") is the website operated by Bolmein Vending Solutions (“us”, “our”, “we”, “Bolmein Vending Solutions”, “the company”). We are registered in Singapore (UEN 53530568X) and have our registered office at 322 Yishun Central, #02-253, Singapore 760322.

   1.3 You and Bolmein Vending Solutions may enter into a sale contract for the sale and supply of goods or services described in this website, by you making an offer to Bolmein Vending Solutions via our vending machines at our listed locations, to purchase the goods and services at the specified price, subject to these Terms. In these Terms: “you”, “user”, “member”, and “guest” means anyone who visits and/or uses this website/our locations. Reference to a “third party” in these Terms includes a reference to any agent or contractor of Bolmein Vending Solutions, or of any of its related entities, and any person engaged by any of them, in the creation, provision or maintenance of the website or in the fulfilment of Orders made through the website, and includes any of them. A reference to the "website" means bolmein.org.

   1.4 The Bolmein Vending Solutions logo and words are registered trademarks of Bolmein Vending Solutions and may not be reproduced without permission from the company.

   1.5 All content and materials available on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images and logos are the intellectual property of Bolmein Vending Solutions, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of any content on this site is strictly prohibited, unless specifically authorized by the company.

2. USER AGREEMENT

   2.1 This agreement is in effect as of 24th August 2026.

   2.2 We reserve the right to change this user agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this user agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications.

   2.3 Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgement and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

3. RESPONSIBLE USE AND CONDUCT

   3.1 By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide for you, you agree to use these resources only for the purposes intended as permitted by:

If you do not provide accurate and complete details, we may not be able to activate your membership or supply goods or services to you.    3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with any account you use to access our resources. Accordingly, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account(s).

   3.8 You are solely responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by you, as explained above, and may incur criminal or civil liability.
